We are a group of tattooers focused on providing our clients with top quality tattooing and an amazing experience to match. We are located in South Minneapolis in the Powderhorn neighborhood, on the corner of East 35th street and Bloomington Avenue, by MayDay Cafe, Modus Locus, and Reverie. Although our main focus in tattooing is heavily influenced by classic Western, Japanese, and other traditional approaches, we cater to a variety of different styles and are always interested in chatting with you about your prospective tattoos.

You’re more than welcome to also stop into the shop as well but please note that if we are tattooing we are not always able to chat with you right away. If you stop in we always recommend giving us a call first. Generally consults take about 10 minutes, and we highly recommend them.

You must be 18, and have a valid form of identification with you when you come in to get your tattoo. It is illegal in the state of Minnesota to tattoo anyone under the age of 18 even with parental consent. Unfortunately this means that we do ask that you leave those not of age at home.

We are more than happy to accept walk-ins, but please note that we may not be able to get to you same day. It depends on whether or not we have an artist available to accommodate you when you stop by. However we absolutely welcome you to stop in during our open hours and we will do everything we can to get you going.

Absolutely. We totally get that it’s great to have a friend along to keep you company. Just note that we are a small shop and we may need to ask them to wait in our sitting area if we start to get busy.

This is a tough question to answer via phone, email, or social media. The best way to get an idea of how much your tattoo would cost is by stopping into the shop and chatting with one of our tattooers. If you have a specific budget let us know and we will be happy to work with you.

Yes, but that’s something you’ll want to talk to your tattooer about during your consult! They’ll be able to set you up with the deposit (which will go towards the cost of your tattoo).

Yes, of course, to both. Come in with ideas, sketches, or whatever you have. Our tattooers will be able to get you going. We will offer suggestions or tweaks on any of your designs or ideas all based off of our experience with the medium, but we are also happy to work with you to achieve your end goal.

We do not offer piercing or cosmetic tattoo services, we are a traditional tattoo shop. If you have specific questions on a style of tattoo that you’d like to see if we can accommodate feel free to run it by us.

Our tattooers will go over the next steps in how to take care of your new tattoo, but we also have a written guide that you can take home with you. Full instructions are also listed in our aftercare section on our website.

We absolutely do. We actually guarantee our tattoos (within a reasonable limit, chat with your tattooer during your appointment to get full details) which means if after healing part of your tattoo needs any extra attention we are happy to get you going. Please note that the healing process is unique to each individual and our touch-up policy reflects that. Our guarantee generally is limited to the first year of the tattoo, after this time if you would like some additional work done we would ask you to come in for a consult for another sitting. Although tattoos do fade over time, it is not necessary to consistently touch them up. However if you wish to we can absolutely accommodate that as well.
